Core Group & Executive Benefit Products

Health

No matter how much time we dedicate to our health, it’s smart to plan ahead. There’s always a chance we might get injured or diagnosed with something serious. If the unexpected happens, it’s good to be covered.

Dental

Oral health issues are among the most common—and the most preventable—health concerns impacting the American public. Dental insurance doesn’t just cover cavities and cleanings, it helps cover some of the cost you pay every time you visit the dentist. It helps ensure you don’t end up with expensive bills when you need more extensive dental work or oral surgery.

Disability

If you become disabled due to an accident or illness, you need to have a way to pay your bills. Some people feel as though they will find a solution at the last minute, but you don't want to gamble with your future. Disability insurance provides partial income so you can pay your bills if you get too sick or injured to work.

Group Life

If you have people who depend on your source of income, you won't want to leave them stranded if something happens to you. Children will still need to go to college, and your partner won't always be able to pay the bills on time. The right policy for you, however, will depend on your situation and needs, and only you can decide what path makes the most sense.

401(k) Plans

For most workers, the days of generous pensions are long gone. Employer-sponsored pension plans were replaced by the more cost-effective 401K plan decades ago. Fortunately, 401K plans offer a relatively safe, versatile way for employees to plan for retirement. Employees can choose the amount they want taken from their paychecks and placed into a retirement account.

Supplemental/Voluntary Benefits

Voluntary Life

If you have people who depend on your source of income, you won't want to leave them stranded if something happens to you. Children will still need to go to college, and your partner won't always be able to pay the bills on time. The right policy for you, however, will depend on your situation and needs, and only you can decide what path makes the most sense.

Short Term Disability

Short term disability insurance is intended to cover you for a short period of time following an illness or injury that keeps you out of work. While policies vary, short term disability insurance typically covers you for a term between 3-6 months.

Accident

Accidents often lead to unexpected expenses that can hurt your wallet. Accident insurance is different from health and disability insurance because it helps protect you from the unexpected costs those types don’t cover and can be considered a supplemental insurance. Accident insurance is an extra layer of protection that pays you cash when you suffer an unexpected, qualifying accident. It provides you money to cover any extra, out-of-pocket expenses associated with your injury.

Vision

Vision insurance helps protect the health of your eyes, including routine visits to the optometrist for eye exams as well as coverage for glasses and contacts. Make sure your eyes remain in great shape at any age – no matter how much time you spend staring at digital screens.

Critical Illness

Critical illness insurance helps you cover medical expenses that your primary health insurance won’t. It’s a cash payout you receive if you ever experience a serious illness like cancer or a stroke. It’s an affordable way to supplement and pay for the additional expenses your health insurance doesn’t cover.

Cancer

The unexpected out-of-pocket expenses of cancer recovery, such as transportation to chemotherapy, copays, and deductibles, can add up fast. What's more, two thirds of cancer recovery costs are non-medical, such as covering the mortgage, child care, and other household expenses. Cancer insurance can help you pay for all of these expenses.

Section 125

Section 125 is a written plan that lets employees choose between two or more benefits, including qualified benefits (e.g., health insurance) and cash. Employees receive benefits as pre-tax deductions. Employees, their spouses, and their dependents can all benefit from section 125 plans.
